Here is where Hillary Clinton stands on 12 issues:

1. Education: Make public college debt-free. Fund universal pre-K. Against No Child Left Behind. Position unknown on Common Core.
2. Guns: Ban several types of assault weapons. Repeal protections for gun makers. Create a comprehensive background check system and close loopholes.
3. Healthcare: Give the government a role is setting insurance rates. Expand Obamacare but do not attempt to create a universal healthcare system now.
4. Immigration: Continue DACA and DAPA programs to waive deportation and expand them. Give undocumented residents a path to legal status.
5. Jobs and Wages: $275 billion stimulus plan. Tax credits for jobs. Raise federal minimum wage to $12 an hour.
6. Marijuana: “Wait and see” on overall legalization.
7. Social Issues: Abortion should be legal. So should same-sex marriage.
8. Taxes: A series of targeted tax credits for the middle class. Raise capital gains taxes.
9. Israel: Work toward a two-state solution. Do not necessarily freeze settlement building.
10. Iran: Support framework for nuclear deal. Continue diplomacy efforts and some sanctions.
11. Islamic State: No boots on the ground. Use regional troops.
12. Trade: Clinton announced last year that she does not support the Trans-Pacific Partnership as it currently stands.

Yes, it is true that Trump has a list that is two and a half times longer than the list of Hillary, but Trump has gotten rather specific on some issues (2016) and Clinton seems to be following a variation of Democratic Party Lines which gives me the impression that it is not really her actual beliefs at all... although, I could be wrong here.

Trump, on the other hand, lays out how he feels, and articulates those feelings in a way that are not consistent with Republican Party Values and/or beliefs.

But, what would be most beneficial of the people of the United States not necessarily the politics of our government as it intermingles with the politics of other governments?

Who is answering that question?

Personally, I do understand that the rest of the world is not even close to our standard of living and that the world is full of poverty, poor health conditions, and in need of water and food, but is not the sovereign right of those countries in which those people live to take care of them or to not take care of them? And, if that is something that we all believe, then why should any part of America be over there helping out, especially when they do not really want our help?

Do, we really have a responsibility because of who we are and what we have to take care of the rest of the world... when there are absolutely no other countries in the world that share those same feelings to the point that they will help us with money, people, and resources.

Sadly, we sent people out around the world to help other countries when the irony is that we cannot even help ourselves these days solve our own problems.

Globalization, for instance, was not to help the American people directly (although it has helped indirectly), it was specifically designed and entered into by President Reagan and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher as a methodology for making our companies wealthier than they already were by focusing on selling goods and services to the rest of the world which included providing employment so that they could purchase these goods and services that were being offered.

Americans then stood around with their heads up their asses because they did not have anywhere else to put them... and, still don't for that matter.

So, when you look at these two candidates for President of our country, let me suggest that you vote for the one that will take the best care of the American People... and, it really does not matter if that preferred candidate withholds information or if they are not willing to be politically correct... because what really matters is that which is ultimately done for the American people as a whole.

• It is foolish to think that there is actually going to be a World War III...
• It is foolish to think that we are going to be taken over by Russia or China...
• It is foolish to think that the world is not going to be able to control terrorism...
• It is foolish to think that we can do anything to stop global warming...
• It is foolish to think that man will not be replaced by robots...
• It is foolish to think that we will not colonized other planets in our galaxy...
• It is foolish to think that mankind will ever exterminate itself...

And, if and when any of this starts to happen for sure, mankind will be so far advanced technologically that all of these issues will be easily solved.

Global Cooperation MUST take place in order to achieve Global Survivability!!! And, survival is the only motivational factor that we need to fully understand and appreciate... and, that motivation will kick in automatically, as our species as a whole is ever threatened... so, take pause there my friends.

The American People need a political ally, because neither the Democrats nor the Republicans care about the middle class or about the average US citizen anymore... and, it is highly doubtful that they ever did... not even in 1776, when we declared our independence from Great Britain. Our Founding Fathers, created a Democratic Republic, not a Democracy, because a Democratic Republic was in a better position to control the masses. And, these same Founding Fathers created The Electoral College that officially elects the President of the United States not the people in the general election.

So much for TRUST.

Unprepared For The Economy Around Them

One would think that leaders are leaders and that managers are managers and while there are over-lapping areas of responsibilities that the two positions are very much different... and if, you were thinking that, then you would be right, as managers: plan, organize, delegate, and control (sometimes leading people in the process; leaders: set the vision and direction for the company letting the people know the direction in which they are heading.

Most of the time, but not always, leaders cannot manage and managers cannot lead; however, there are always exceptions to this rule.

Managers perform their work in the atmosphere of middle management whereas leaders perform their work in the atmosphere of upper management which are two and distinct levels of management which oftentimes, never intersect or overlap, simply because of the protocols in place to prevent such intermingling from ever taking place.

Middle Management and Upper Management do not even use the same Executive Washrooms even and when these executives need to perform typical bodily functions... so, why would anyone, in their right mind, ever confuse the tasks and responsibilities of these two types of businessmen?

They are typically confused because writers of business and about business are still tying to claim that there are some similarities between these two types of people; but, those of us who actually teach management classes have, and will always maintain that there is a strong and important difference... and, not totally dissimilar from a professional Basketball Player thinking that they can play professional baseball, because of similar skills and because of their keen athletic abilities. It just does not work that way and never will.

According to the Human Factor, Inc., there are six future areas in which managers with leadership traits (let's say, not not upper management leaders) need to be prepared:

1. Flexibility
2. Globalization
3. Core Competencies
4. Sustainability
5. Collectivism
6. Generational

LEADERS (in Upper Management) could actually care less about these 6 areas, other than already realizing and setting the Global Vision for the entire company. The rest of this stuff are these responsibility of all those people beneath them in the organizational hierarchy... and, how they actually get there is their responsibility as well, as long as their methodology stays true to the company's mission.

So, who these 6 items actually pertain to are managers that this article is calling leaders... since I suppose leaders has a nicer “ring” to it than being called a manager; but, in so doing, this article only serves to confuse these issue and makes it difficult to teach the concepts of management accurately.

As far as I am concerned, what has really happened out there in the business marketplace, is the fact that businesses, whether they actually wanted to go there or not, have gone or will be going into a global arena and it is in this global arena that many of our American trained managers are feeling a little uncomfortable. Not only will there be diverse work forces that will need to be managed, but there will be different cultures that will need to be respected, as well as different governments who by the very nature of them being located outside the continental United States, will be operating differently from those located within the continental United States.

For instance, in some parts of the world, bribes are considered the only appropriate way to conduct business. And, how will those values impact and mesh with values of our American managers?

So, the author of this article, Monica Wells, believes that there will be 6 Leadership (Management) Trends of which business should take note.

1. future leaders (managers) will need to be flexibility.
   
2. future leaders (managers) will have to accept business globalization,
   
3. future leaders (managers) will need to have a solid understanding of and in core skills such as motivating direct reports, communication, setting goals and task delegation.
   
4. future leaders (managers) must demonstrate social responsibility.
   
5. future leaders (managers) must be able to collaborate with other future leaders
   
6. future leaders (managers) must learn to accept generational differences
   

Again,
Let's remind ourselves of the basic functional areas of all managers:

• Planning
• Organizing
• Delegating
• Controlling

I would submit to you that for the last 50-75 years (at least in the USA) that managers in order to get their jobs done based upon the above four functional areas, that being flexible was actually the only way that this task could have ever been accomplished given the inherent variation that exists in all processes.

I would also submit to you that despite these four functional areas of management that the only issue of concern to leaders about the managers beneath them is their ability to achieve results, and while having excellent communication and interpersonal skills would certainly help that cause, it should not necessarily be seen or demanded as a prerequisite for getting the job done.

I would also submit to you that managers do not actually have to accept globalization as a fact of life because it is here, but they do yield to its influence on the company and its employees. For instance, even though I may not like what is going on, I can still help the company achieve its results better than anyone else on the payroll.

I would submit to you that managers already are fully adept and skillful in the areas of: employee motivation, goal setting, and delegation as well as in monitoring and evaluation progress and making changes in the way the work gets done in order to achieve results as the business climate changes.

I would submit to you that managers do not have to demonstrate a social responsibility in order to get their job done, unless the leader of the company, decides that implementing a social responsibility strategy is absolutely necessary for the company's long term survivability. Company's do not necessarily have to win/lose from one year to the next as long as they put themselves in a position to be able to continue to play the business game.

I would submit to you that managers will collaborate with other managers as long as it is in their mutual interests of cooperation to do so; otherwise, they will not either within the company (between departments) or outside of the company (between competitors).

I would submit to you that generational differences must be tolerated within a company but they do not have to be accepted by all... and, to demonstrate rules to the contrary would definitely cause structural differences to exist that would undermine office politics... at least, on the short term.

Interestingly and as long as the business entity has been in existence, there has been generational differences... and, these generational differences, no matter how well planned for and implemented have always caused wrinkles in the fabric of business that have been difficult from time-to-time to work out.
But, business has always continued nonetheless... and, it will always continue regardless of whether or not we accept these generational differences. 

It is my opinion that these people who have generational differences are coming up through the ranks and are not yet on top of the organization... so, it is they who should do the integrating with the old and not the other way around.



The future of Management (leadership)
How we manage people to get the work done will change very little in the years ahead; however, what will change will be the environment in which the company and its employees work. And, it will be these environments that will cause us our most serious problems, until we fully understand and appreciate and assimilate globalization. 
 
There is a good possibility that true assimilation will never take place and I suppose that is ok as well... because, the next phrase in management, will not be that of managing people but that of managing spaces, processess, and robots. If fact, with robots all that a manager has to insure is that all the raw materials gets delivered exactly at the time that they are needed.

And, no doubt there will be or is already a computer software program that will do exactly that.

The Pleasing Appeasing of America

Growing up in America is not as easy as living in America once one is fully grown and fairly cognizant of life around them, at least in the general vicinity of where they are currently living, even though they may not be too aware of life around them outside of where they are living as one is a matter of survival and one is not.

And, those that grow up in urban areas, I am told, have it worse (and, this is more than just a perception) than those who grow up in rural areas, but, if the truth be known, life in America is available in all locations, even though some may seem or feel or be perceived as better than others.

Life lives inside us... we do not live inside life, no matter how bad we want to live there, it just does not work in any kind of reverse way. And, when we die, life no longer lives inside us at least in any kind of conventional way... as best we know these days... although, knowledge is changing and becoming more aware of itself everyday.

America has recently, taken a direction (good or bad) where being politically correct is the “order of the day,” so as no to offend anyone's sensibilities with words... as, using words in that manner, could in fact, lead to violence.

However, with what we have seen and perhaps witness lately, being politically correct has no impact on violence at all and may, in fact encourage it, because we are being dishonest with ourselves and others by talking that way, especially when we do not mean it.

And, therein lies our problem... saying, what we do not mean or feel in such a way that people who hear it think or perceive that we are being honest with them.

And, we all know that honesty is overrated here in America.

WE PLEASE TO APPEASE

And, some are better at it than others in straddling the fence of honesty... and, unfortunately, this is not a behavior just of politicians or of the wealthy and somewhat well-to-do, but it is not commonplace in most of our urban as well in most of our rural areas of this country.

Most people know that it is all bullshit anyway, but tolerate it because it happens so often.

But, the really sad thing that is going on within the minds of my fellow countrymen and women is the fact that most of us believe that one day, we will have equality in all areas of our society, simply because of the pleasing appeasing aspect of our new personalities.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

There will be no:

• racial equality
• gender equality
• income equality
• age equality
• knowledge equality

here within the territorial boundaries of the USA and those territories that operate under her protection.

According to the economics of our country, it just cannot happen, even though it is still possible for some to become more equal than others.

• Equality creates commonplace.
• Equality creates apathy
• Equality produces very little greed

Inequality creates the anger to push ahead, striving for that which you will never achieve because of either who you are or where you were born; and, while this may seem to be a little cruel, it is nonetheless true.

For example, recent rhetoric says that our government is going to have a war on:

• racism
• drugs
• pornography
• terrorism
• obesity

Well, this rhetoric was articulated in the 1960's and again in the 1970's, some 50 years ago, and one would think that after 50 years, there would have been some progress made, but in reality, very little has been accomplished; in fact, there has actually been very little change taking place in this country during the last 50 years.

This fact, leaves one to conclude that no progress was ever intended to be made... just a pleasing appeasing attitude.

Do you not think, realize, and understand that we have sufficient cooperation, knowledge and determination among the people in this country that if we really wanted to actually win any of those wars that we would have done so already?

And, the mere fact that none of these wars have actually been won yet, means that we never really intended to win any of these wars in the first place... that, all we intended to do from the outset is be pleasing and appeasing.

America was FOOLED into thinking otherwise.

So, how does that make you feel?

Now, these were not lies that our leaders were telling us... not at all... these were things that were real and meaningful, they just never had any intention of accomplishing them once the government funding base came through and they were line items on the accounting books.

In America, everyone always has a HIDDEN AGENDA.

Americans, because of their upbringing, are so easily fooled... because they are easily led to believe whatever it is that their parents and others want them to believe... and, no one challenges anything anymore like they did when I was growing up here in America. Our philosophy was just because an adult said it does not mean it has to be believed nor that it is actually truthful. Now, this may be a sad way to be raised, but it opened my eyes a lot wider than the eyes of today's youth are opened.

The truth of and about America has been and will always continue to be hidden in her lies...

But, don't get me wrong here, America is not the first country in the world to act like this... unfortunately, this is the way that all countries act and will continue to act until our world has been destroyed by us hundreds of years into our future.

1. Lies keep us safe
2. Lies keep us safer than truth
3. Birthrates dictate eventual control
4. Vices keeps people averted from the truth
5. The general public can only ever be appeased
6. Democracy must be highly regulated and tightly controlled
7. The general public needs to believe that they can acquire the carrot
8. The masses can never be trusted to be anything more than self-interested
9. The general public out number the leaders (but the military balances the scales)
10. Knowledge leads to too much awareness and understanding of right, wrong, and truth

Why are these 10 points never taught or explained in our public school system?

What do we not want the general public to really know about its country and its leaders?

Under the Sheets Reporting

America... my nation of birth... and, my most recent best friend... has, unfortunately lost her way amid the debris of both black and white bodies laying dead in cities across our nation... and, for what reason did these people pay the ultimate price?

Because of their color?

Because of their beliefs?

Because they just happened to be there?

What makes a person so angry and so fearful of another man that they would take their life away, either in a face-to-face confrontation or from a distance with a sniper's rifle?

Either way, the life is lost forever...

America... my nation of birth... and, my most recent friend... has, unfortunately lost her way in that she has presented TWO LOSERS to the general public for consideration to the office of President and in so doing, has forever sealed our fate with a total mockery of the Presidential Election Process in this country.

We were ok when we elected lying politicians to office because we knew from whence they were coming and from whence they could be bribed or altered in their way of thinking by leveraging the next election... but, now we have two pretend politicians both of whom are in favor of big government as a methodology for implementing their foolish and almost embarrassing policies that would ultimately result in global inequality on a global scale.

Opening the door to CHINA, RUSSIA, INDIA, OPEC and a few more that we just don't know about yet...

But, in this process of insanity, we quite easily hand over our economic birthrights and freedoms as we slip down a rung or two on this dubious ladder of global status, then ultimate decay.

America outgrew it's training potty decades ago and has been defecating in other people's backyards ever since without the slightest interest in what they think or in possible retaliations... as, no one bites the hands that shits on the face of that society... at least, not until now.

• Chasms of decay
• Chasms of inequality
• Chasms of distrust and mistrust
• Chasms of indifference

Lay at the feet of all Americans who are old enough to feed themselves with eating utensils and what we see is not what we eat but what we eat is what we see... and, it is through that nourishment that differences in our differences start to manifest themselves in obvious ways, some of which we acknowledge while others we do not.

Bands of brothers (and sisters) die for naught... in the muddy swamps of another country who could care less which nation is dying to protect them... because just as soon as the smoke clears, their one main and central enemy will always be America and all those silly infidels who try to help America with it claim to fame of destroying those who are no military match for it at all... yet, destroy it all we do but in the name of Democracy and our God Given Right To Do So... acknowledging that no other gods before it now stand or will ever stand in front of it again.

The air appears cleaner now... have you noticed?

We are the righteous hand of God, here on earth and we bow down to no one... no until every last one of our weapons has been taken from us and we have nothing left to do but shit in our pants because we did not think it would ever be possible.

Lives lost with nothing gain will be our new motto... as we cast future votes for the office of President and maybe the people will remember and maybe they will not, but who cares about the people anyway, at least no one in my immediate future anyway.

America... my nation of birth... and, my most recent best friend... has, unfortunately lost her way and I want to feel sorry for her but I cannot... because, her people do not know... life around them or life around other parts of the world as they do not pay any attention at all to the news...

How sad is that?

The get their news from FACEBOOK or from a TWITTER feed and see absolutely no reason to know anything more than that about their own world or about the worlds of others... as, what is that knowledge going to do for them or how is that knowledge going to get them anywhere in life or how is that knowledge going to help them enjoy what they already have?

It won't dude... so, why bother?

And, we are not just talking about the children here but mainly about their parents... which makes our plight even more serious than anyone expected; yet, that is exactly what they expected so that no one will pay attention to what is really going on.

And, what is that exactly? Well, it is certainly not a conspiracy theory, I'll tell you that much.

I went to a Garden Party the other day, but not the one that Ricky Nelson wrote and sung about as this one was much, much different... and, those people in attendance at this Garden Party, easily placed themselves into two areas of thought without the slightest bit of encouragement...

It was just as robotic and mechanical as the sun rising and setting each day in predictable patterns and locations, as if something else might have been expected... but, was not fulfilled or did not happen.

Automatic separation and automatic inequality as a result of that automatic separation brought about by no urging at all, just upbringing and instinct...

So, how does America deal with that? Or, does she ever want to deal with that since no one really wants equality... at least, not across the board as that would lower everyone's standards... and, is easily demonstrated by the following:

let's suppose that I have a College Class in Management numbering 30 students who I have taught before and I know that among these 30 students that there are going to be 2 A's, 5 B's, 16 C's, 5 D's, and 2 F's no matter what effort I put forth in the classroom. Therefore, at the start of this class, I tell the entire class that in an effort to create equality in the classroom as far as grades are concerned, I am going to take all the points away from the A and B students and give them to the D and F students so that all 30 students at the end of the course will be give a grade of C.

Ordinarily, one might think that everyone would be happy and everyone is happy except for my A and B students who vow to no longer do a damn thing in the classroom, nor will they do any reading, nor will they do any homework because it will make no difference at all to them or to their grade.

Society is much like this classroom... therefore, equality is impossible to achieve and will always be impossible to achieve... therefore, why should we ever try to achieve it?

BUT... America... she don't see this too well.

Seeking Revenge on USA

Osama bin Laden’s Son (below) Threatens Revenge Against U.S. For Father’s Assassination

The son of slain al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has threatened revenge against the United States for assassinating his father, according to an audio message posted online.


Hamza bin Laden promised to continue the global militant group’s fight against the United States and its allies in the 21-minute speech entitled “We Are All Osama,” according to the SITE Intelligence Group.



“We will continue striking you and targeting you in your country and abroad in response to your oppression of the people of Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and the rest of the Muslim lands that did not survive your oppression,” Hamza said.



“As for the revenge by the Islamic nation for Sheikh Osama, may Allah have mercy on him, it is not revenge for Osama the person but it is revenge for those who defended Islam.”



Osama bin Laden was killed at his Pakistani hideout by U.S. commandos in 2011 in a major blow to the militant group which carried out the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.



Documents recovered from bin Laden’s compound and published by the United States last year alleged that his aides tried to reunite the militant leader with Hamza, who had been held under house arrest in Iran.



Hamza, now in his mid-twenties, was at his father’s side in Afghanistan before the 9/11 attacks and spent time with him in Pakistan after the U.S.-led invasion pushed much of al Qaeda’s senior leadership there, according to the Brookings Institution.



Introduced by the organization’s new chief Ayman al-Zawahiri in an audio message last year, Hamza provides a younger voice for the group whose aging leaders have struggled to inspire militants around the world galvanized by Islamic State.



“Hamza provides a new face for al Qaeda, one that directly connects to the group’s founder. He is an articulate and dangerous enemy,” according to Bruce Riedel of Brookings.
