Yes Vic, all of those claims are correct but let's look at other claims:
False claims on insurance companies filed by individuals not corporations.
Employee theft.
Exceed speed limits, which is clearly posted as the LAW.
Individuals who slow down at work so they can get overtime hours.
Drunk drivers who safely have made it home more than once.
Drivers who make rolling stops at stop signs.
Individuals who file false reimbursment claims to their employers.
Mechanics who install faulty parts knowingly to make a profit.
Small Car Dealers, who intentionally sell lemons.
The teachers who help students cheat.
Priests who molest little boys.
Former President Clinton who lied on national TV and then tried to give an explanation as to the definition of the word "is."
What about all those individuals who lie on their income taxes that rob the Federal Government of money?
What about all the employees working in the manufacturing industry that because of their carelessness create scrap.
What about all the illegal firearms that sold each year and no sales tax has been recorded and paid?
I would submit to you that individuals are just as guilty as corporations but do so in a daily way rather than in a once a decade big way. And, I would also submit to you that none of these people go to jail either.
JESUS CHRIST ON A CRUTCH alex, get help. This is IRONY. It's not meant to offend your friends on Wall Street, or is it??? Teachers cause an oil spill in the Gulf? Get it alex, GET IT GODDAMN IT! You go to great length my friend to protect the thieves on Wall Street. Well go ahead. . . it all depends on what is IS.
