Still Can’t Get it Together
By Victor M AdamusIn what was pitched as the final and foremost important debate among Republican candidates ended, as usual, to be just another embarrassment for America. No one had their boots on the ground; steady at a wheel; or had a hit em between the eyes plan for job growth. It was one exchange of bickering after another with Rick Santorum looking foolish for supporting liberal legislation while serving as Senator and Romney begging money from the government to run the Olympics. A bailout no less.
Republicans are anti-union. They all agreed in the face of Obama’s success with GM that the car company should have gone through bankruptcy and re-organized its assets by hiring non union employees. Kids out of college who aren’t trained to build hi tech cars. Obama favored keeping the well seasoned professionals who were on the manufacturing line 12 years or more. Romney wants crappy cars that wouldn’t sell; Obama wanted the best America could make.
Obama won this debate.
If you’re wondering why there will be another low turnout of Republican voters on Super Tuesday the answer could be found in the wishy washy statements of the four candidates on stage. None can beat Obama and it’s doubtful they can even pick a winner to head the ticket without a Broker Convention.
As for Moderator John King, he walked away with egg on his face trying tearfully to bring up birth control. After all the candidates jumped on him for being a dick the discussion went far afield and not one time during that debate was the word woman included.
The entire wasted hour was a sham. Another embarrassment to America. A big win for Barrack Obama.
