Malachy the Pekingese, whose smushed-in face frames a mop of flyaway fur and whose pace rivals a snail's, is the fairest dog in the land.
The Peke put on a peak performance Tuesday night, wobbling off with best in show at the Westminster Kennel Club.
Any resemblance to my cat Maggy is purely coincidental.
Please dont get me started on dog shows or cat shows for that matter. They are a stupid waste of time! Oh as for Westminster? They dropped Pedigree as a sponsor because Pedigree promotes adopting from shelters and Westminster said "thats not the message we want to convey."
