Obama's Performance As A President?

A friend of mine put together an awesome handwritten sign outlining why she’s voting for President Obama this year, I think it says almost everything you need to know:

The article points out that President Obama has been the most effective President since FDR and list 218 of his accomplishments since becoming President.  That is approximately 1 accomplishment for every week in office.
