IS IT:
Principles that made America great are:
God helps those who help themselves.
Mind your own business.
Live and let live.
Let's make a deal.
Our kids will have it better.
What makes America great is our fundamental passion to challenge the nature of societal entropy. It’s an internal fire that makes us stand up and shout, “THAT IS NOT OK!” — and then, even more importantly, to DO something to change it.
For all its problems, America is a great place. And one thing that makes America great is its prosperity. Yes, some people have suffered during the recession -- but compared to all the other countries in the history of the world, America is rich. Why?

What exactly is an Entrepreneur?
An Entrepreneur is a word borrowed from the French and refers to an owner or manager of a business enterprise who makes money through risk and initiative. In a more modern interpretation, one could say an entrepreneur is a person who is willing to launch a new venture and is willing to accept full responsibility for its outcome. For the purposes of this course, we will be looking at the tools one needs to become an entrepreneur. Interestingly, these same tools can be used to manage small businesses as well; in fact, some use these two words interchangeably; however, small business managers are working for someone else and entrepreneurs are work for themselves.
According to the SBA (Small Business Administration), a Small Business must fall into the following criteria:
>500 or fewer employees for most manufacturing and mining industries (a few industries permit up to 750, 1000 or 1,500 employees)
>100 or fewer employees for all wholesale trade industries
>$6 million per year in sales receipts for most retail and service industries (with some exceptions)
>$27.5 million per year in sales receipts for most general & heavy construction industries
>$11.5 million per year in sales receipts for all special trade contractors
>$0.5 million per year in sales receipts for most agricultural, forestry and fishing industries

- Doctor and Dentist
- Home Renovator
And, when I think of these people, I cannot help but think that these people embody all that is great about America.
Our Fourth of July, Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and all those who died fighting for our freedom, is not all that we should be thinking about today because all of that is behind us, in our past, and while it may lay the foundation for our future, it is not our future.
We are our future and
what we continue to do . . .
