Training Is Our Business

I had the privilege of working with instructional designers at NIIT (new Delhi, India) from 2005 until 2010 as a Course Writer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Project Management.  Throughout my career, I had amassed over 13,000 hours in Project Management experience so it did not surprise me when I was hired by Pearson and Wiley Publishing Companies to work with NIIT.  Together, we designed 16 courses (includes on-site and online of the same course) in Project Management for ITT Technical Institute's Bachelors Degree in Project Management. After 5 years, I have made many good friends at NIIT with whom I stay in touch periodically.  It was a fascinating experiencing working with these skilled people and how we played off on each other’s skills and abilities.  Our phone meetings would typically be in the mornings around 5am EST which was late afternoon their time.  My association with NIIT has meant a lot to me which is now why I want to share that with everyone else.
At NIIT, Training is not only our business, it's also our passion. We understand the entire process, from strategic assessments through learning administration. In this way, we can offer solutions that not only fit our clients' needs, but also accelerate measurable business impact from their investments in learning and education. Read More   Read More
