CAN REPUBLICANS DEAL WITH CONDOM ISSUE?

New rules drafted by officials in California may do away with the condom-free adult film industry in the Golden State.

Officials for California’s Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) announced that new safety amendments to the state’s Bloodborne Pathogens Statute are being drafted, specifically targeting the use of condoms in adult films. The exact wording of the new rules are expected to be presented at a Cal/OSHA advisory meeting in June.

Well, I'll be.  You think the Republican Party can issue a statement on supporting small businesses in porn and fight for the right for actors to take their chances on porn sets?  Or do they refer the issue to the Evangelicals in the party politics?  Holy Smokies.  This one has me in a dither.  To prevent HIV/AIDS male actors have to cover up if the voters in California have their way and what impact will that have on the sale of porn movies?  Or will these small businesses ship these jobs overseas?

I can't think of a candidate running for office of the Presidency that will answer a question concerning this new California Amendment.

Hey, I see going into 2012, being a general election year, filled with a ton of yuks.  Ho, Ho, Ho because more issues similar to the Condom use or targeting the porn industry are on the way.  Why waste time on Wall Street when there's another billion dollar business you can smack right across the street.??

Porn and Drugs are a billion dollar business in the country regardless of what the Democrats or Republicans think about either of those issues.

If Porn gets limited in the US, it will merely start operating overseas and ship it in via the internet.

Drugs on the other hand, will continue to operate even if Obama gets re-elected to the Presidency.

Same Sex Marriages is another hot issue for both political parties as some states have legalized those marriages.

Gun Control is probably the last controversial issue but as long as the 2nd Amendment is in place, so will our guns. Besides, more and more females are buying guns and engaging in routine target practice.

There is one issue that both parties have to agree on and that is the Bill of Rights and the other Amendments to the Constitution.

It appears that the Democrats have a more liberal approach to some of these controversial issues than do the Republicans.

Since more voters are registered as Democrats, I would be more concerned with what the Democrats think than what the thoughts and views of the Republicans might be.

The problem that the Democrats have is getting their numbers out to the polls.

As more and more of the US population shifts to reflect the growing numbers of foreigners coming into this country and becoming American citizens, the more these new voters will demonstrate their liberal views.

So, we should be prepared for more States to approve Same Sex Marriages.

We should be prepared for more laws to be passed reflecting that abortions should be approved and financed by the Federal Government.

We should be prepared for more relaxed laws governing the porn and drug industries. In fact, I would be willing to venture that Mary Jane will soon be legalized for non-medical purposes.
