If there were such a test, then most certainly the current Gov. of FL would have failed miserably. His compnay Columbia/HCA caught for Medicare fraud while he was CEO, guilty on 14 felony counts (Greed). His comment thAt most people on welfare are on drugs (IGNORANCE)....and unemployment payments are NOT welfare BTW. His enactment of drug testing for all people applying for "welfare" (STUPIDITY), only 2.5% have failed at great expense to the state. However his "health care" orgs benefit, so maybe not so stupid, just more greed. Then he joins another who would fail this test, Michelle Blechmann, in saying he would drill in the Everglades if he wants to (LOVE OF POWER).
