Cultural Diversity is a good thing and is largely responsible for Recardo playing Khan in Star Trek.Personally, I prefer my tofu cooked in a cheesy white sauce with mountain oysters.And, those fortune cookies never offer valid predictions because I ate 17 oysters and only 11 worked.
Someone critiqued that menu and came up with, some of those dishes aren't asian at all! Mountain oysters and tofu? Are you out of your mind? :-)
